It opens by looking at the beginning of the universe and the mystery of being, then moves on to our world, its atmosphere, the miracle of water and things we often take for granted but are essential to our health and happiness. Finally, it focuses on our relationship to the earth.

Each section offers a short introduction, based on scientific discovery, a meditation, and an exercise in awareness and sensitivity.
